This Cookie Notice has been prepared on the basis of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the “Law”) and the Personal Data Protection Authority’s Guide on Cookie Practices, concerning the cookies and similar technologies used on the www.termalseramik.com.tr website operated by Termal Seramik San. ve Tic. 2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved on your device through your browser when you visit a website. They are used for purposes such as making the website work, remembering your preferences or measuring website use. In this Notice, the term “cookie” also covers browser local storage and session storage technologies used for the same purposes.

3. Managing Your Cookie Preferences with CerezGo
On the www.termalseramik.com.tr website, your cookie preferences are collected, recorded and managed through the CerezGo cookie management platform. The CerezGo panel that opens on your first visit offers three options at the same level:
- Accept: You allow all cookie categories in this Notice.
- Reject: Only cookies strictly necessary for the website to function are used.
- Customise: You can allow or reject each category other than strictly necessary cookies separately.
Cookies other than strictly necessary cookies are not activated unless you give your explicit consent in the CerezGo panel. Closing the panel without making a choice or scrolling the page is not considered consent. Use of the website does not depend on accepting cookies.
Your preferences are recorded in your browser’s local storage and with the CerezGo service provider for the purpose of proving the consent you have given. The Trace ID shown in the CerezGo panel is used to match your consent record; stating this ID when you make a request about your consents makes the process easier. You can change your preferences through the CerezGo panel at any time or withdraw your consent just as easily as you gave it. If you withdraw your consent, the related cookies are not activated from the next page load onwards.

4.3. Third-Party Content and Marketing Cookies
Video, map and social media content on the website is provided by third-party providers. This content and its cookies are loaded only if you allow the related category in the CerezGo panel. Where you have not given permission, a link is shown instead so that you can open the content on the provider’s website.

Virtual trade-fair stand: The 3D trade-fair stand on the “360° Virtual Tour” page is provided by Dreamreality (dreamreality.com.tr). This content does not place cookies. When the content loads, your IP address and browser information are transmitted to the provider. The Matterport link on the virtual tour page opens on the provider’s own website and is subject to that website’s cookie policy.
No statistics (analytics) cookies are used on the website.
5. Legal Grounds
- Strictly necessary cookies: Article 5(2)(c) of the Law (provision of the service you request) and Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest). Explicit consent is not obtained for these cookies.
- CerezGo consent records: Article 5(2)(ç) (legal obligation) and Article 5(2)(e) (establishment, exercise or protection of a right).
- Cookies that are not strictly necessary: Your explicit consent under Article 5(1), given through the CerezGo panel.
6. International Transfers
Third-party cookies and embedded content are provided by service providers whose servers are located abroad. If you allow these cookies, your IP address, browser and device information and online identifiers are transmitted to the relevant provider. Such transfers are carried out under Article 9 of the Law by ensuring one of the appropriate safeguards, such as signing the standard contract announced by the Board with the provider, or, where no appropriate safeguard can be provided and the transfer is incidental, on the basis of the explicit consent you give through the CerezGo panel. Third-party providers are subject to their own privacy policies with respect to the data they obtain through their own cookies.
7. Managing Cookies Through Browser Settings
In addition to the CerezGo panel, you can delete or block cookies and local storage records through your browser settings. If strictly necessary cookies are blocked, some parts of the website may not work. In common browsers, these settings are found in the following menus:
- Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies / Site data
- Safari: Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data

8. Your Rights and How to Apply
You may submit requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the Law, together with information identifying you, in writing to Kayhan Mah. Bilecik Yolu 1. Km. Evl. No: 6 Söğüt / Bilecik, to our registered e-mail (KEP) address termalseramik@hs03.kep.tr, or from an e-mail address you have previously provided to our Company and that is registered in our systems to kvkk@termalseramik.com.tr. Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. You may use our Data Subject Application Form for your request.
Stating the Trace ID shown in the CerezGo panel in requests concerning your cookie preferences makes it easier to identify your consent record.
9. Updates to This Notice
This Notice has been prepared on the basis of the cookies used on the www.termalseramik.com.tr website. If a new cookie or third-party service starts to be used on the website, the CerezGo panel and this Notice will be updated, and your explicit consent will be obtained again for new cookies that are not strictly necessary.
This English version is provided for information purposes. In case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions, the Turkish version shall prevail.
